Shipping for cards are free of charge for UK Customers only!

For Poetry Plaques it will cost £2.99 for 2-4 days shipping and £4.99 for 1-2 Days; with Hermes. 

International shipping will be a charge of £2.99, items will aim to be delivered in 6-7 working days for international shipping by Royal mail.

Or pay £6.99 for International 6-7 working days Tracked & Signed delivery.

For Poetry Plaques it will cost £9.99 for 5-7 working days; with Royal mail tracked shipping.

For scented Cards, it will take a total of 10 working days to be delivered, as the scented cards take up to 48 hours to produce a lasting scent.

For UK customers, once your item has been purchased, please allow a maximum time of up to 1-2 working days for it to be delivered by Royal Mail.

Or You can pay £3.99 for Tracked 24 hours delivery.

For scented Cards, it will take a total of 4 working days to be delivered, as the scented cards take up to 48 hours to produce a lasting scent.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14-days Return Policy: If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. 

Timing: we have a 14-days Return Policy, since the day item was received.To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, and undamaged by the customer and accompanied by proof of purchase. For returns, please email admin@divinepoetry.co.uk with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.If you purchased Route insurance with your order, you will need to make you claim through them for a return.

Please note that when an item is returned it is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

We only offer returns not exchanges, if you would like a different product a refund will have to be processed and then you will be able to purchase the other item. 

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1 business days.If there are any delays with your order we will notify you immediately via email.

Scented Cards

Note: each card takes 24 -48 hours to develop a scent, your card will still aim to be shipped within 1-2 working days. This just means that if there is any order made after 12pm GBT time zone it will be shipped within 1-2 working days, making it a maximum of 2-4 days arrival time after being purchased.

International orders will however, take up to 10 working days. Allowing a maximum of 2 days, to produce a scent on the cards.

Any card bought before 12pm will take a maximum of 4 working days to be received, all non scented cards will be received within 2 working days for UK customers, and a maximum of 10 working days for international customers.
